We were given a very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Food amazing. Atmosphere great. Much better than Showcase one in our opinion. Keep it up well done
Really great establishment with friendly staff and good food. They really pride themselves on fire safety through their table gaps, was such a breath of fresh air to eat somewhere where i didn’t have to think about getting through a gap. Those 10cm save lives and this store is a real advocate for this.
I had exceptional service from Nando’s in Giltbrook this evening thanks to Max, Amelia and Owen who looked after me throughout my time in the restaurant. The food I ordered came to my table faultlessly. Max welcomed me into the restaurant delightfully and took my order rapidly making everything easy for me, it was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing. Owen checked up on me and asked how I was finding the food, while clearing my table after finishing my meal. Amelia answered any questions I had and sorted my dessert which I had requested very promptly, but still somehow managed to bring it to my table within 90 seconds. Overall, this was the best and most personal experience I’ve had at Nando’s. Well deserved 5 stars

Visited here on a busy Saturday evening, I didn’t have to wait long for a table and the service was brilliant. Food came out quickly and was piping hot. Catered brilliantly for allergies and felt happy that everything was separated and overseen by a manager. Love the new honey dip that comes with the halloumi starter, a new favourite of mine. Shout out to Connor and Koby, top service and couldn’t be more helpful

Nandos really, you know what ur getting, nice place didn't have to wait long on Friday to be seated which was good, overall great experience only complaint was the table salt, they seem to be always empty, sounds minor, but seems like a common issue with nandos.
Came in today at about 1245 absolutely rammed. Which surprised me for a Monday maybe it's always like that the service and food were absolutely exceptional thank you so much best nandos I've been in great work team food was on point
